Muskoka Airport Limousine Services

1. General Terms

1.1 Service Agreement

Our limousine and airport transportation services operate throughout Muskoka, Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and surrounding regions. By booking or using our services, passengers acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Service Availability

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Advance reservations are strongly recommended, especially during peak travel periods, holidays, weekends, and major events.

1. Reservations and Cancellations

2.1 Reservations

Reservations may be made online, by phone, text message, WhatsApp, or email. We recommend booking at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to ensure availability.

2.2 Cancellations

* Cancellations made more than 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge.
* Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total fare.
* No-shows may be charged the full trip amount.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

* Major credit cards
* Debit cards
* Online invoices
* Apple Pay / Apple Wallet
* Interac e-Transfer
* Zelle (USA)
* Cash

Payment is due upon completion of the trip unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

3.2 Rates and Charges

Rates are based on distance, trip duration, selected vehicle type, and service requirements. Pricing information is available on our website or upon request.

All fares are subject to:

* HST (Harmonized Sales Tax)
* Airport fees
* Highway tolls
* Parking fees
* Applicable service surcharges

3.3 Additional Service Charges

Additional charges may apply for optional services, including but not limited to:

* Child safety seats
* Meet and greet services
* Extended waiting time
* Additional stops
* Excess or oversized luggage

1. Airport Fees and Waiting Time

For airport pick-ups and services at airports including Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), the following fees may apply:

* Airport Pick-Up Fee: $17.25
* Meet and Greet Service: $70.00
* Child Safety Seat: $15.00 per seat
* Additional Stops: $20.00 per stop
* Standard Wait Time (non-airport pickups):
First 15 minutes complimentary, then $1.50 per minute thereafter
* Airport Wait Time:
First 45 minutes after flight arrival are complimentary, then $1.00 per minute thereafter
* Late Night / Early Morning Surcharge (1:00 AM – 4:00 AM): $20.00

Flight arrivals are monitored when flight details are provided at the time of booking.

1. Passenger Conduct

5.1 Passenger Behavior

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited inside company vehicles:

* Smoking or vaping
* Consumption of illegal substances
* Disorderly, abusive, or unsafe behavior
* Damage to the vehicle interior or exterior

Drivers reserve the right to terminate service without refund if passenger conduct compromises safety or violates these Terms and Conditions.

5.2 Vehicle Damage

Passengers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, including cleaning fees resulting from spills, stains, excessive mess, or vandalism.

1. Luggage and Personal Belongings

6.1 Luggage Allowance

Each passenger is permitted:

* Two standard-sized checked bags
* One carry-on item

Additional or oversized luggage may require a larger vehicle and may result in additional charges.

6.2 Personal Belongings

Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.

7.1 Delays and Service Interruptions

The company is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by:

* Traffic conditions
* Weather conditions
* Road closures
* Accidents
* Mechanical issues
* Airline delays
* Ferry delays
* Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company’s liability for any claim related to the service shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific reservation or trip.

1. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Collection and Use of Information

Personal information collected during the reservation process is used solely for booking, operational, customer service, and billing purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide the requested service.

1. Modifications to Terms and Services

9.1 Changes to Terms

The company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.

1. Governing Law

10.1 Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

By booking or using our transportation services, passengers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
